7. User Responsibilities

8. Employee / Partner Accounts
Employees, BDEs, and authorized users must follow company guidelines. Commission, incentives, and employee benefits are governed by separate company policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All GW Wallet content including brand name, logos, designs, software, and content belongs to GW Wallet Limited or its authorized partners. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
GW Wallet provides services on an “as available” basis. The company is not responsible for user decisions, external services, third-party actions, or internet/network issues.
11. Account Termination
GW Wallet may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate terms, misuse services, provide false information, or engage in prohibited activities.
